| The story of Giacomo and Daedalus |
[Oct. 23rd, 2006|11:36 pm] |
My friends. I owe you all the tale of my encounter with our foe, Bruce Tigre.
I did not meet him at the Circus, as some of you have thought. Daedalus, Pfred's unicorn, has the power to travel anywhere in the universe. He permitted me to ride him, and we set out to find Pfred.
Before we reached the world Pfred was visiting, we were taken prisoner by Bruce, who drew Daedalus into his space-ship. He threatened us with many torments, but in the end it amused him to test a strange engine he had aboard, which transmigrated my soul into the body of Daedalus, and vice versa. He then sent me, as a unicorn, to Pfred; and Daedalus, as a man, to Miss Gate's house. He found this most amusing, knowing how difficult it would be for us to communicate our real identities.
*wearily* We are surrounded by so many threats. I fear that the Tigre will visit us, if only to discover how his joke played out. And I fear that They have regained part of their power. Now more than ever we must somehow try to put aside our differences and support each other. |

Right, now he's gone...

Just like old times. |

| Note to Lonely Ood |
[Oct. 21st, 2006|10:56 am] |
Abandoned by my friends, I have only one recourse. Meet me - alone and unarmed - atop the Golden Gate Bridge at eight o'clock this evening. I will also be alone and weaponless. I hope to satisfactorily explain all my actions to you and put an end to our rivalry and B's grief.
